I have this and might do this one tomorrow, since it's an early work day for me I can squeeze this in in the morning. From what I can tell she has good cueing and not to many reps being a 15 minute workout makes sense
. No equipment needed, so that's nice for a quick workout. Small breaks in-between some of the exercises for a quick stretch. No real warm up or cool down.
