Thanks again for the input, Anita, and thanks Kathryn for the feedback. I've ordered it, sounds like a good book to have for the variety of workouts.

Hi bee1forfitness- did you receive your copy yet?

That's so funny you posted. I was thinking about this thread today and was wondering if anyone else had ordered the book. I do hope you enjoy it.

I finally got the book on Friday, I previewed the book and I really, really like it. There's such a wide variety equipment/no equipment workouts. The equipment and workouts are bands, kettlebell, dumbbells, stability ball, barbells, medicine ball, chair, step, treadmill, cycling, swimming, foam roller and no equipment body weight workouts. Lots of great pictures and and explanation of the workouts with form pointers. The author mention that you can add two workouts if you want a 30 minute workout and the cardio is built into the workouts so its not necessary to do additional cardio. I'm glad I got the book and I'm excited.... I'm looking forward to using it.
