Tracey Mallett - Functional Intensity Training - Total Body Burn

I finally decided to try this workout after having it for a couple of months. I only did the first workout, Total Body Burn, as I did some yardwork earlier and couldn't imaging doing all 3 workouts. The back cover says the workout is 25 minutes, but it was more like 35 minutes. And it didn't have a cool-down, so I had to do my own cool down and stretch. This workout is advanced. I was huffing and puffing through the cardio portions. For the weight sections I stuck with 8 pounds because so many of the moves were compound and on one leg to work balance. If you're not a fan of plank work stay away from this workout.

I was only planning to do 3 routines, but ended up doing all 5 routines. I've done this workout once before, but because I don't always take notes, I forgot that this is more advanced than I remember. I modified the burpees, mountain climbers, and power jumps.
