Today, I added the following 3 Halloween Zumba dance routines to my regular workout:

Nikki's cat makes an appearance in the first 2 routines (which I love since I'm a cat lover)

All in all, the routines are short and easy -- a little dancey with kickboxing thrown in.

Vantreesta, I looked at your original list on page 1, and I didn't see any NikkiFit Zumba videos (but I could be wrong). Thanks for your hard work on the Halloween workout list.

Jetlitis, I don't think any of hers are on the list either. I will add them, thanks!

Last night when I was updating I realized I have spent way more time searching and compiling the list than actually doing the workouts! But hopefully the thread won't get purged and it will be less work next year to just update. I realized I didn't add to the original post the links that Karla provided so I'll do that too so everything is in one post.

I appreciate the help with links and all the workouts you guys have found and posted!

When you're done with the Halloween workout list (~Oct. 31, 2021), I can always save the entire list of workouts to a document so that we don't lose the information.

Hopefully, though, the thread won't be purged.

That's what I was thinking, too, that I'll save the whole list. I also have them in a playlist on YouTube if the thread did disappear. Won't help if the workouts are taken down but only so much we can do!

I'm adding my own creation for a Halloween workout.

My idea was to do the workout to Thriller. Edited: made no sense the way I wrote it originally. So maybe this will be better: Do each exercise for 31 sec work/10 sec rest, 31 sec rest between rounds, 1-4 rounds.

Thrusters
Hand to hand kettlebell swings
Reverse lunges
Inverted rows
Lateral lunges
Lat (ribcage) pullovers
Elevated pushups
Renegade rows

I'm planning to do this one and The Pumpkin Workout by Kindal Boyle ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJKN...dWRhj1&index=4) on Halloween (or possibly the day before since I don't usually workout on Sundays and may just binge horror movies that day).
