Did a 4 mile hike with hubby and collected lots of oyster mushrooms along the trail! Also logged onto Yogaworks' streaming site and did a twists + backbends practice (70 mins) in the morning and then hip opening (30 mins) + shoulders (15 mins) practices in the evening. I don't usually have this much time to enjoy hiking and yoga in the same day but I only worked a half day today and the kids were at preschool/camp -- a great day! Trying to practice more backbends so I can get into full wheel (urdhva dhanurasana) more frequently as this was very doable before my two C-sections and I've been reassured by my doctor that not much has changed since then so I'm not doing anything nutty
