I did ask in the check-in. If I get a yes, I'll let you know. I suppose anyone else at VF who purchased Lift and Shift can share the info if they desire. This is just me, and what I'm comfortable with, so no judgment either way.
I went and looked after I saw this thread and I feel kinda' iffy about copying and pasting the update, but to summarize what I read this morning, there will be additional workouts that can be subbed in or added in to the Lift & Shift rotation, but it sounds like they'll be shorter - 30 to 45 minutes. And there will be a couple of walking cardio workouts. Jessica is also considering having a subscription site with all the videos, but as mentioned, the new ones will be both streaming and DVD.

Thanks, Laura!

I might as well add that she did say the new workouts can be purchased separately, or in a bundle at a discount.

This is great to hear!! Thanks so much for letting us all in on the news.
I do hope by digital, it'll mean conventional downloads (rather than purple player only).

Me too: re conventional downloads. I don't have any issues with Purple Player, but would prefer mp4 format.
