I'm told my set will arrive 8/28 - 9/2. I'm OK with it and I knew it in advance, but for some reason I'm fixated on starting my rotation on 9/1. So if it doesn't arrive until 9/2 it will put my rotation back.....maybe for a whole month, since I like to start 1 month rotations on the 1st of the month. I don't know why it should make a difference when I start it, but it does for some reason.

If it arrives on the 2nd why not do another JS walk workout for your workout on the 1st and then on the 2nd do the new DVDs. Or something along those lines. It's not ideal (I am the same certain things need to happen at certain points if not it all messes up). You could probably even do a double session on the new set sometime during the month to catch up.

I tried the 30 minute fat blaster walk. I am horrible at reviews, but it included marching in place, side steps, v steps, walking forward and back to opposite sides of the room on angle,hamstring curls and tapping in back.She did not have tons of extended periods of marching in place, which I very much appreciate.

The music was instrumental and motivating. There are a few places where you go faster for short intervals. Beth showed high impact and Debbie showed low impact.

I enjoyed the walk
