I tried the 30 minute fat blaster walk. I am horrible at reviews, but it included marching in place, side steps, v steps, walking forward and back to opposite sides of the room on angle,hamstring curls and tapping in back.She did not have tons of extended periods of marching in place, which I very much appreciate.
The music was instrumental and motivating. There are a few places where you go faster for short intervals. Beth showed high impact and Debbie showed low impact. I enjoyed the walk
