Donna, you can always skip the step and do the moves on the floor. It’s your workout, you should modify as much as you need.

SwW is one of my top favorite workouts of all time. I did Fat Burning a fair amount too but didn't pick up ABT til much later and have only done it 1 or 2 times.

My beginning Firm rotation is going to look something like this:
Monday - Basics: Fat Burning Tuesday - Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Weights - 2 segments Wednesday - Basics: Abs, Buns & Thighs Thursday - Basics: 12 Minute Time Crunch Cardio - 2 segments Friday - Rest/ Walk/Stretch Saturday - Basics: Sculpting with Weights Sunday - Rest/ Walk/Stretch Carol |
