I never used mine. I just wanted to 'have' it.

I have tried so hard to resist this question, but I can't help myself:

Should you ever do the entire workout the first time?

Ta da!

First of all please be aware that this DVD contains NO workouts.

Not sure if you're talking about Firm workouts or workouts in general.

I think my initial thought could cover either. If the workout fits your level of fitness then I think you can complete the entire workout.

With workouts that are above your fitness level you can do less reps or lighten your weights (if it's a weight workout) or even skip sections as long as you are absolutely sure you're able to perform the movements with excellent form.

Doing a too advanced workout for the sake of doing an advanced workout seldom provides results but often yields injury.

LOL not if you want to fall down like the Tramp in the opening montage hahaha It's funny how we memorize the beginning of the Classic videos - I always let that part run as I got my 'stuff' situated and my shoes tied. Annette posted on the Fit Faves fbook page that the FIRMology is at the printer / duplicators. Yippeee

I had emailed her earlier this morning to see when she thought it would be ready, and she thinks that she can start shipping next week. I just sent in my $10 today.

This totally went over my head the first around - obviously. Guess it's been too many years. I was thinking, "why's someone asking that question, it's it even a workout vid."

I wonder if the price is going to go up later. If not, I might wait until others get it and see what all is actually on it. I'm not interested in footage I've already seen like 20 questions. I'm only interested in interviews, behind-the-scenes, "making of" footage etc, and it's not clear how much of that there is.

I doubt the price would go up. Annette said they are in transit to her office now - yippeee! She found files & footage in Anna's old files, and the original Fitness Updates from the Classics are included, as well as interviews w/ Anna and Cynthia. It will be interesting to see the mix of content.
