I had Crunch Burn & Firm years ago and forgot how great it was. Might have to re-acquire it.

Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Start Here (the first routine, about half of it) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7G6kaxD8nDY FYI the 2nd (strength) routine starts @ :58.
Anni Mairs' Life Force https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b-FpBCfkwtw She suggests using 1lb weights throughout and switching to 3lb weights during certain sections. This is my favorite example: lots of variety, modifications and bail-out times offered. Excellent stretch too!

I'll try to think of some more, but I often do walking workouts with 2-3lb weights and do upper body moves throughout.

ETA - Agree with others, re: Ellen Barrett, esp her Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates which moves at a nice aerobic clip.

I always think Firm or Ellen when I think of AWT.

Others I have used in the past are Michael Carson's "Get Sexy", Women's Health and Fitness Ultimate Fat Burn (Amy Dixon), and there's an AWT workout in Kathy Smith's Project You.

Many of Leslie's workouts use a band for upper body work while you're moving your feet. If you get a band with a good amount of resistance, you will feel it. Also Gilad has a great one called Step & Tone if you can still step. You do basic arm moves with light weights (I use 3 lbs) while doing very basic stepping. You could probably do it without a step.

What about Turbo Jam? I remember them using/offering weighted gloves as an add-on in at least one of the infomercials. It's been such a long time since I did the workouts, though, I can't remember what they're like!

Didn't Violet Zaki have a workout with lite weights? Can't find much video clip on it to determine if it's what I'm looking for. I believe it's her Cardio Sculpt routine.

I was also going to suggest Slim Series.

A few others that use light weights that also have a cardio effect (at least for me) are:

Jessica Smith 10 Pounds Down: Better Body Blast
Cindy Crawford's Shape Your Body and Next Challenge
Fe Fit
10 Days to a Better Body

I also like low weight, high rep workouts:
Slim in 6 & Slim Series
Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt, Skinny Sculpt, Burn & Firm, Sleek Sculpt Express
Jessica Smith has some nice youtube aerobic/toning workouts
