I would also recommend Paul Katami's 4x4 Bootcamp. Most of it is standing, but there are a few varieties of planks, renegade rows, burpees and mountain climbers.
Patrick's Lean Hot Body uses very little equipment, and I find it tougher than Katami's workout. But, whereas Katami has a very specific order and body part focus to each section, most of Patrick's LHB is total body and it doesn't feel as orderly and predictable to me (even though there is an order). I always know what I'm doing in BC 4x4, but I often feel just a little lost in LHB. But, I really do love both. I love Cathe's circuit workouts (and they have the same orderly feel to them that Katami's has), but they do use a lot of equipment and probably won't work for you. I think Bootcamp is the most adjustable for less equipment. I just did 4X4 Bootcamp last night and, as usual, ended up thinking: I love this workout from beginning to end! |
