Recomendations for adv. circuit dvds

Hi all,

I'm hoping for some recommendations for int/adv or advanced level circuit dvds. I'm looking for dvds that don't require a lot of equipment. I only have dumbells and a resistance band available (since I'm at college.)

I'm looking for dvds along the lines of KCM's Circuit Burn or Jillian's 30 day shred.

Thanks!

I second Ripped in 30

Also, Jillian's new Killer Buns & Thighs, while focused on the lower body, has some nice cardio aspects mixed in between strength drills.

I also like Cathe's Circuit Blast and Circuit Max, and I would think her High Step Challenge would fall into the circuit category as well.

Lean Hot Body is sort of circuit-like as well - intense, but a great workout!

I like the recommendations that you received so far. I did Cindy Whitmarsh's Results workout this morning. That's a nice circuit workout. You can do lower body, upper body, or both.

Paul Katami's bootcamp workout is good too but I forgot the title. I know it had BootCamp and 4x4 in it.

Also Jillian's Biggest Winner series. The step is optional.

These ones for sure
You may also be interested in Tonique which only requires a light set of weights and minimal space. It is not exactly circuit type but it is advanced level with compound movements squats and lunges together with arm work.

Thanks for the advice! Of the ones recommended, which are performed all standing (except for perhaps abs at the end.)

I would also recommend Paul Katami's 4x4 Bootcamp. Most of it is standing, but there are a few varieties of planks, renegade rows, burpees and mountain climbers.

Patrick's Lean Hot Body uses very little equipment, and I find it tougher than Katami's workout. But, whereas Katami has a very specific order and body part focus to each section, most of Patrick's LHB is total body and it doesn't feel as orderly and predictable to me (even though there is an order). I always know what I'm doing in BC 4x4, but I often feel just a little lost in LHB. But, I really do love both.

I love Cathe's circuit workouts (and they have the same orderly feel to them that Katami's has), but they do use a lot of equipment and probably won't work for you. I think Bootcamp is the most adjustable for less equipment.

I just did 4X4 Bootcamp last night and, as usual, ended up thinking: I love this workout from beginning to end!
