I'm really interested in getting some firm workouts that are AWT. I've looked at their classic workouts but I can't get past how outdated they are. Out of the newer ones, can any of you make some recommendations? I have never done any firm workouts but i'm an intermediate/advanced exerciser.

Total Body Time Crunch is a pink Firm that is cardio & sculpt (AWT), and so are the Jiggle Free Arms & Jiggle Free Buns from the Transfirmer series. Are you looking for non-Classic Firms that use any of the equipment (step, balls), or just resistance dumbbells/bands?
I think that a VFer has posted a list of all of the Firm workouts by category (sculpt, cardio and Cardio & sculpt), but I did not find it by searching on this site (not sure what the tags are for it or exact title of thread).

I'm looking for ones that use resistance. I have most equipment but looking for true AWT
