Speaking of Circuits....

I remember almost 20 years ago when I did the classic Firms 6 days a week. I recall really slimming down! Does anyone do circuits consecutively? If I tried that now, I would be hurting! I'm older now, and have fibromyalgia.

I have as long as it isn't two circuits that both have a heavier-weight focus. There is a range of circuit workouts with different emphases - heavier weight, lighter weight, more cardio, more strength, etc. I try to vary the workouts within those differences.

I have and I would again, but my schedule seems to keep messing up with any "consecutive" intentions I might have! LOL I've had rotations where I did JM 30DS five days a week, or Amy Dixon's "Ultimate Fat Burn" every day. Cindy Whitmarsh's "Ten Days to a Better Body" is designed to be done every day, alternating the UB and LB... but I've always alternated it with strict cardio days; I find that one pretty intense if I'm really giving it my all.
