Sunworshiper, since you like Peak 10 are you aware Michelle is shortly coming out with an entire Peak 10 system? Might be right up your alley.

I second Tracie Long, Patrick Goudeau's HW series, Dumb Training, and Body Design, and Stephanie Vitorino. I love these. They're are a lot more core/functionally oriented than the original Firms or BSS systems and incorporate a lot more balance, but they still give a really good workout. There's also some from Mindy Mylrea which I like.

Slightly OT, I looked at the clips on Michelle's site. Isn't that the exact same studio where Booty Barre was filmed?

Wow -- I've been checking out some of these on Mary's site, now I'm very excited!

I'm selling unwanted wo's on amazon, i've made $20 so far...i'd love to splurge right now but really want to take it easy on the Visa, which is still weeping after holiday shopping.
