Yes, like in Basics Fat Burning when you're doing something like delt flies or bicep curls with 2-5 lbs weights with the arms while the legs are step-touching or heel digs and Jen says "Now all four limbs are moving!"

Firm Basics Fat Burning is also one of my fave four limb workouts, btw.

moving all 4 limbs while holding weights, that's what I think it is.

Gilad's Step & Tone is a 4-limb step workout. Just did it the other day - loved it!

I did Kelsie's 500 Calorie Workout today. I used #2 weights. I got in a great workout and my heartrate stayed up. The main thing, is that it didn't hurt my neck. I did a couple workouts recently that used heavier (for me) weights and it irritated my neck again. I enjoyed the 500 Calorie Workout with #2 weights.
