Michael Sealey - Meditations and Self-Hypnosis
I've been listening to Michael Sealey meditations and self-hypnosis videos for over a year. He has the most amazing and soothing voice with an Australian accent.
I started listening when I had some pain issues and his meditations for pain were very helpful. He has dozens of videos. There are videos for pretty much every situation including stress, anxiety, over-thinking, etc. He has short sessions and ones a long as 8 hours! It is best to use ear buds or headphones.

I have had good success over the years using audios for meditation, self-hypnosis, and mindfulness. I've seen threads where people have trouble "getting in" to meditation. All I can suggest is being patient, find an instructor you like by trying out different options. I started out with CDs from the library, including some that came with books (Meditation for Dummies, for example). You will learn a lot about yourself when you try meditation and breathing. If anything, you will notice a difference if you're having sleep issues. Short segments are fine - and yes, there are simple ways of doing it without having to sit in "lotus" position!

I haven't had any mid-meditation commercial interruptions.
