I will continue with a focus

on strength and mobility/flexibility.

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays I will do 60 minutes or more and Monday through Thursdays 30 minutes workouts.

I do not think this machine will improve free standing squats. If you look at the video, the model uses her upper body to pull herself up/holding on.

She would be better off with a TRX type...

I noticed...

...a lot of foods have palm oil now instead of partially hydrogenated oils. Palm oil raises LDL. Member's Mark Creamy Peanut Butter is just peanuts and palm oil.
