As for attire, there is quite a double standard regarding what is "appropriate" for each gender to wear. We accept women in boxer shorts, athletic pants, army fatigues, jumpsuits, but are "disturbed"...

In through the nose, then deep sigh out.
He teaches the deep sigh, rather than blowing out, because blowing out the mouth tenses the neck....
