I donít like it at all. I have carpet, and with paper plates I get no rhythm, it feels awkward and not totally safe. I avoid it and do modified non-glider moves if I do end up doing a gliding workout.

He’s still one of my favorites, and Blissology is still my most used set! Blissology 2 is a similar format, but is streaming only, and is also good, but get the original set if you can.
