I like the idea of using Ellen, too.

At one point I thought about doing a rotation of 3 Firms/3 Ellens one rest day.

I am mulling over my options - I like the idea of the PowerFits b/c they are short and FIRM-like-lite....

I did forget about the PowerFits....those would be good and I do have the new 12 min "basics" - maybe i can start by adding 1 of the 12 min Basics on every day...
