Yeah, if you like more of BSS1 style, you will probably not like this. But I love Allie and am a completist so I honestly try to collect every single FIRM workout I can, even if I don't like them. ;)

I don't know if the actual "Body Trainer" (aka rebranded FL) was ever released, but I do own that workout, and it is TOUGH. I'm not even sure what makes it tough compared to the original Fanny Lifter...
