Excellent dvd for elderly

I am 71 but do not consider myself elderly (LOL) but am having a lot of mobility issues awaiting a knee operation. I am always on the lookout for a good seated workout because I am still working out like the vidiot of yesteryear, only mostly sitting.
the video I found is gentle fitness by Catherine MacRae. It has a trailer on you tube, most sections are available on gentle fitness.com and it is on vimeo. out of print but some copies on eBay.
oh, thank you catherine Macrae. It is a lovely 1.5 hour dvd with a blend of yoga, tai chi and other healing arts and regular stretching. The leader is lovely, soft voice and cheerful. She has MS and her class has a wide range of ages and abilities.
I did the whole workout the am, and now I want to do it everyday.
There are some people who have been posting about elderly parents and I think this would be just perfect. It is upbeat, gentle and doable -men and women in the group.music very low and soft in background not intrusive.
take a look and look around thrift shops!
I just love it.

I'm happy you found a workout that works for you! Good luck with your knee operation. And YES, we must protect our knees. I've seen some instructors do some iffy moves for the knees so I just modify.
