Jari Love- Slow & Strong featuring Britt The Body Project- Low Impact, High Intensity intermediate Cardio Both were very good. Britt mentions at the end of the workout that they are done with part 1 of the workout. But I looked and couldn't find part 2 on YouTube. :( |
I just added in the warmup to Cathe's Imax. I remembered a while ago realizing this is a good 13-minute cardio boost. It's only the warmup. I'm not sure I've ever done the rest of the workout :p
