Hamelin's workouts are worth it even at 99GBP, but it's always good to get a discount! I'll keep it in mind.

Timing of this is perfect since my birthday is right after Christmas, so my husband jumped right on it and bought this course for me as a gift. I'm so happy! :D

I've never done HDM, tell me about it, like how long the workouts are and are they results close to TA? I looked on FB at the discount but it is coming out to $74 US is that correct?
