Margaret Richard - 60% off

Margaret is now at 60% off!

So can anyone give me insight into Strong & Limber and Muscle & Grace? I have quite a few other Margarets so are these necessary? I've been saving up for ICE2 and am halfway there, so I don't want to spend any unnecessary cash if I don't have to. I have the following Margarets:
  • Beauty to the Bone
  • Good N Strong
  • Triple Threat
  • Perfect 10
  • The Classics
  • Getting Better
  • The Spark
  • Sculpture
  • Give Me Strength
  • Unplugged 2000 Volume 1

What are the shortest Margarets? I'd like to do a short strength workout followed by my CS.

The Unplugged episodes are 25 minutes each.

Perfect 10 is short as well, but not total body. The four workouts can be spread over the week for two, total body workouts if that makes sense.

The Unplugged episodes pair very well with a CS episode. If I've done CS first, I skip MR's warmup. Actually the moves in her warmups are often a bit similar to CS.

I have Strong & Limber for Life, which was her last Florida production before moving to New York. It has one full-body strength workout (Strong for Life) which can be divided into two workouts. It's similar in format to Perfect 10 and All My Best, where you work a few upper and lower body muscle groups in each workout.

Workout 1:
Warm-up
Pectorals
Triceps
Biceps
Quadriceps
Hamstrings/Gluteals (the superset)
Cool Down

Workout 2:
Warm-Up
Back
Deltoids
Calves
Outer Thighs
Inner Thighs
Abdominals
Cool Down

It's one of my favorites, and has beautiful Spanish guitar music in the workout. I don't use the Limber for Life stretching workout.

Unless you are interested in Margaret's stretching, the titles you listed are not significantly different from what you already have (except for the shiny spandex clothing). You can only do so many variations on leg lifts and biceps curls...

I had to give myself a stern talking to. I bought the Unplugged 2000s in the last sale. Well, darn if I didn't run right over and contemplate a few more (Unplugged 1900s, Age with Strength).

But...I haven't even tried the others I bought! Walk away, Alison! Walk away!

I had to buy 2 more. I loved Good for You, it was perfect and I've liked what I've done of Beauty to the Bone. I'm getting unplugged 2000 vol. 2 and Fitness Becomes you. I like the short format and I'm amazed at how much I feel the workout later.

Thanks for being the voice of reason! Although I have most of Cathe's as well, and ICE 2 may be a rehash...but I do love Cathe :)
