Egads, I Had No Clue...

Thursday night I did Erich Schiffmann's Lotus Pose Padasama. My hip creases felt incredibly sore the next morning and they are still very sore  I had no clue that you could even get sore hip creases, lol.

It's no fun walking anywhere:(

Have you ever done a yoga workout (or any other) that left you weirdly sore?

Yes! I did that Travis Eliot yin yoga practice that was shared recently (from YouTube). It totally jacked up my back, lol. Yowsa.

My whole body is weirdly sore.

Ouch! Back pain is the worst. Hope you feel better soon.

Hope you're not coming down with something :-(

No, I think I’m just getting old. My hip hurts (although greatly improved after I got a new mattress) and sometimes the pain is in the back running up into my buttocks, my upper arms hurt - mostly my left arm and when I sit for a long time (usually after driving and sitting in the car), everything is stiff when I try walking. It’s just that there’s always pain somewhere.

I get sore in my right pirifirmis from the Jessica Smith Lift and Shift strength workouts. I probably don’t have the right form for the bent over moves, although I keep trying. I’ll probably have to modify. Stretching and massage helps relieve it.

I hope you recover soon. Walking in pain does not sound fun.

I did check out the Travis lower back yoga workout on his channel. One of the first moves I saw would have killed my lower back, so I decided it wasn’t for me.
