I had to take a break from Metashred. Although I'm enjoying the workouts, I am not enjoying the lower back pain I'm experiencing with it. I guess I've been lifting too heavy for the unique core moves BJ uses. I'm going to step away from it then circle back around to see if I'm still having the same lower back pain. |
