Am I the only one who hates gliding?
One of my favorite pastimes is well, going on Cathe's YouTube channel and previewing a bunch of her Live workouts.
And one thing that will keep me from trying a workout out, if I see she does a bunch of gliding. I just don't like gliding. It often tweeks my dodgy knee a little to much and I just can't get a smooth rhythm with it. I'm surely not the only one who avoids gliding. |
I don’t like it at all. I have carpet, and with paper plates I get no rhythm, it feels awkward and not totally safe. I avoid it and do modified non-glider moves if I do end up doing a gliding workout.

I haven't tried it. It doesn't appeal to me at all. I need to preserve my knees.

It's not just the knees, gliding bothers my low back way too much.

You are not alone! And I'm really disappointed that Jessica has incorporated gliding into so many of her new workouts.

Hate it. I usually have to work out on carpet so it's always awkward.

I'm afraid of gliding...huge risk of injury. I already have issues with ankles and a knee.

Hate gliding! I tried it a few times and it felt so unsafe.
