John Basedow's new venture (not fitness)
 

Has anyone else seen this? I was on the phone with a friend today when an ad for some kind of jewelry/collectible auction platform appeared, and suddenly there was John Basedow of the Fitness Made Simple videos.

I may have yelled out loud :D

I have seen that commercial and it is so odd I just stare at it every time. Lol. It’s like a thrift store jewelry sale. So weird. I think it’s a Facebook thing. That commercial is like watching a car crash for me. I told my kids all about him the first time I saw it. They did not find that info as fascinating as I did.

We saw it on New Year's Day and my brother-in-law commented that he HATES the commercial and sees it constantly. I didn't give a hoot about the content but I also got excited to see it was John Basedow!

I was suprised to see this add also.
I really have nothing to add to this except to mention that I saw him in Penn Station once. I was coming down the escalator to catch my train home and I immediately noticed him in the crowd. He really stood right out from everyone else!
