Cringe Worthy Titles
 

Have you ever seen a title of an exercise workout that made you cringe or wonder what they were thinking when the title was decided on? I think Michael Carson's Get Sexy would fit here.

What is your cringe worthy or what were they thinking title?

Joyce Vedral's Bra Roll and Boobs, or something to that effect :) Not cringe worthy, but it made me do a double take.

"Look Great Naked" butt/thigh/abs - terrible title but actually they are well desgined workouts.

Yoga Booty Ballet! Or anything with "booty" in the title.

I'm no prude, and I can cuss terribly, but I think the "Dance Your Ass Off" "Skinny Bitch" etc. titles come off more as snarky-childish than clever-audacious. No cringing but maybe a roll of the eyes. ;)

SCW's Desperate Housewives parody DVD "Desperate Hot Wives..." ....sorry, but, blech!

I never got ahold of these workouts but the "Yes Stepmother Dear" series ..some sort of play on "step"?! Oookaay.

My vote goes to "Get Sexy" too. What a mind numbingly stupid title.

There's a workout called "Dance Your Ass Off"? That's taking it a bit far, and I cuss like a sailor.

I hate hate hate the word "butt" when referring to workouts. It's a personal bias, but it still makes me cringe. Janis Saffel's Brand New Butt and More...ugh. Strangely enough, I don't mind "Dance Your Ass Off" as a title, (I know, butt is bad but ass is ok!?!) but I think that "Skinny Bitch" is cringeworthy.

Have to agree that swear words are too much and I too curse like a sailor (who is receiving mild electrical shocks).

I also wouldn't buy "Big Butts Hit the Beach" and even as a teenager, I wouldn't have been caught dead with Alyssa Milano's "Teen Steam."

High Round Assets. ... Crass, yet cutesy. :P
