How many times have you done Margaret Richards' "Getting Better?"
I've done this workout probably hundreds of times. It is often recommended here for foot issues.
Getting Better (1996) I don't usually have foot issues, but it is a good one for when I have a sore hip or sore knees. (I modify the kneeling hamstring exercises to standing.) This workout is an unusual combination of relaxing and suffering! She kills you softly - with a smile! |
I love Margaret Richard! Getting Better is a great workout that I've done numerous times. :D

Never ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Sounds good though |
One of my favorites -especially on those days that I don't have a lot of energy. Which really means that I've done it many times  It's an extremely safe and effective workout.

I have done a lot of MR, but nothing recently. "Getting Better" might have been one of my later Maggie purchases, so I've only done it about a half dozen times or so. I've probably done her Unplugged Series of workouts more frequently because of the outdoor settings.
She really is lovely, and I enjoy her sense of humor. She "Gets Better" with every passing year and has always been so graceful and elegant! |
I lost count years ago. I love this workout, especially the upper body section.

I love this workout. When my back is acting up, I can still do this one and it makes me feel like I just did an Insanity workout without the insanity..lol:D

Only twice but I'm new to Margaret and have a huge collection.

ETA… I didn’t scroll far enough on Margaret’s site! The download is there; I’m buying.

Double Post:
Getting Better Digital Video I haven't tried her streaming service, so I'm not sure how it works. |
