Getting one last check-in for May - No Repeats Leg Workout from Heather. I like this one because I know that it does not have any dread factor moves.
DH and DD tested negative today! Glad to be moving on. Cynthia, great job with the swim time. And it's nice to have short challenges to add on every once in a while! I liked doing that with Blogilates challenges. Every day 100 reps of something different, no repeats. By the end that muscle group is much stronger. Going to see the orthodontist about Invisaligns tomorrow. At long last. Thankful for this opportunity to correct a life-long issue. |
Sunny day, chill wind but good enough to walk. I walked on the oceanview path. also did day 1 of the abs challenge.
