In the clip she elaborates on what she means by "bedroom body," but I don't get it really...it just seems creepy. I mean I get what she was going for but not sure why it seemed like a good idea!

I agree the title is bad but the workout looks pretty good.

Oh good! I hope this is the one where I can lie in bed and just dream about working out. I wake and, voila!, a buff body.

I thought the same thing when I saw it on Coming Soon at Collage today. Strange title but I own Look Better Naked so who am I to talk.:o

This looks pretty good and it looks like she goes at a reasonable pace! However I find the title fairly outputting. While its good it's not an overly used title, as Joni said, it's icky! :music:

It actually looks like a great workout-but the "round-about way" she tries to explain what a bedroom body is, is a little strange :p I will keep my eye on this one. IDK- what is she getting at-better performance in the bedroom?

Very questionable title and I have workouts that have provocative covers.
