What are your 3 most used Leslie workouts?
Going to try Leslie again as I’m enjoying her app and I like to mix things up as I get bored incredibly easily. So, for all you Leslie fans out there, please share your most beloved Leslie walks! If you could only keep 3 of her walks, what 3 would you choose?

Walk Blasters - I say this every time I post about this workout: it's used so much the case is getting weak. My love for this is still going strong.
Walk off Fat Fast - good for when I want to walk 20 - 40 minutes. I sometimes do the 20 minute walk + 10 minutes of the 30 minute walk, or the 30 minute walk with 10 minutes of the 40 minute walk. Sad to say, the 40 minute walk gets no love. lol I'm going to have to remedy that. 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk - she's goofy in some parts, and I laugh every time. |

Walk Off 10 Pounds (older one, just her in her "dark" studio, great for days when I just want to get some movement but don't want boosts)
Walk Off Fat Fast (love the 40 min one, great music!) 10 Min Mix and Match Walk Blasters (not sure if that's the right name) Others: Walking Off the Pounds Walk Slim: Three Fast Miles (older one) Burn to the Beat all of the Miracle Miles I've started doing 1-2 Leslie's a week, 1-2 Jessica walks a week, 1-2 Ellen's a week, 2-3 CS/Essentrics, and 1-2 Cathe Live's a week, keeping them under 45 minutes. So far so good with minimizing injuries and boredom! (And I'm now down 17 lbs since October!) |
Walk to the Party Hits. I don't do Leslie often these days, but that's the one I always reach for. I like a lot of her others, but I don't remember them enough to know which I like best. :D

Thanks for listing your favorites!! I tried a 3 mile Start walk today with Leslie by herself. I guess it was in conjunction with the American Heart Association. It was a nice, easy, relaxing walk and the miles flew by! I thought it was pretty cute how Leslie talked to her body parts!! lol She was like, "Come on Feet" and "Let's go Legs"! It definitely made me smile!!
