BeachBody Power Half Hour (2004) Arm Burner
 

I have been using this upper body workout from the "Total Body Collection" DVD with Tony Horton lately. It is basic (aka boring) with no really "creative" moves. That's what I like about it.

It gets the job done in about 30 minutes and even includes some brief stretches between some of the exercises.

Tony is, well, Tony. :p (There are outtakes at the end of the DVD that are really funny.)

I'm not even sure if you can buy this DVD anymore. Or, if it is on the BOD app.

The Power Half Hour collection is still on beachbody on demand. And ebay has the collection and the arm toner DVDs at reasonable prices.
