Circuit training recs please
 
Could anyone help me with suggestions for circuit training please. I’m looking for something around an hour long, not HIIT and not terribly advanced. I have dumbbells, bands, gliders and a stability ball. Any suggestions gratefully received.

30 MTF Your Best Body - isolated muscles and core or cardio 'breaks'
Michelle Dozois Your Best Body Circuit - uses a band

by circuit - do you want an all weights circuit or something that mixes cardio between strength moves?

Cathe's High Step Circuit is six cycles of cardio/upper body/lower body/abs that are each around a minute. The workout is around 45 minutes I believe.

Prevention 3*2*1 is 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes strength training, 1 minute abs. Again, about 45 minutes.

Leslie Sansone has Walk Strong which switches back and forth between walking and weights. It's around 30 minutes.

KCM's A New You Coming is a good one and I think Body Shop might work too. And I second the recommendation for anything by Erin O'Brien. Tom Holland's oldie Total Body Workout is another good option and there's lots of free options to check out on Jessica Smith's YouTube channel :D I also enjoy Cindy Whitmarsh's 10 Days to a Better Body routines (which can be found on YouTube, if not on DVD).

Thank you so much for all these suggestions. I think I mean mainly weights but with some cardio and that I can modify.

Only equipment used are those you mentioned + step (no barbell, no kettlebells...)

I have found a list of circuit workouts, and as some are older chances are they may not be hiit like.

I always use the review sections for inspiration as I have too many workouts.

By the way I never noticed that you were from Yorkshire. I am from the west midlands.

The Prevention 3-2-1 Workout with Chris Freytag is fun, moderate in intensity, and fun. There are six sections each one having 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of weights, and 1 minute of core work. It's like Cathe Boot Camp, but much lighter in intensity than that.
