Did you see there is a new streaming television channel that is going to feature nostalgic fitness programs? This should be fun! It’s a free channel on VIZIO SmartCast and will also be available on Fuse.tv. Sweatin’ to the Oldies, Gilad, Buns of Steel, Jack LaLanne, Jane Fonda and Denise Austin are some that we’re mentioned.

Bumping for attention :) I stumbled across Fuse Sweat on the Xumo app, which is one of those streaming networks on Roku, Fire TV and the Xfinity Flex box. They have a live-TV schedule as well as workouts by Jane Fonda, Denise Austin, Mindy Mylrea, Gilad, Billy Blanks and others on-demand.

Is it free on the Xumo app? I don't want to download another app to my Roku if I have to pay (I have so many apps that I can't find what I want half the time and can't figure out how to delete ones I don't use)

Xumo is free, with ads. To delete apps, highlight the app and press the * button on the remote and it should give you a choice to delete.
