Tell me about PiYo
 

I've been thinking about getting this but the shortness of the workouts seem like a pro but maybe a con if they're not long enough for any type of "worthwhile" workout. How intense are these say compared to a Jessica Smith workout and are they too repetitive? I've read alot of mixed reviews.
