Looking for DVD that focuses on Balance

As the title states, I am looking for a DVD that focuses on Balance. TIA for your recommendations.

I have DVD's that are stored away and I might already have something that I don't need to buy but I would need a recommendation since I have not focused on balance in the past.

I would like a DVD that contains short premixes less than 15 minutes so I can add on to my regular workouts.

I am curious about these DVD's from Jessica, also, since they would be full workouts and not have to add on to something else.

Jane Adams Balance & Strength and her Stronger Standing Balance

If you're a glutton for punishment (and pretentious grammar): Emily Splichal's V-Core

Jessica’s Build Balance and Inner Strength is my favorite DVD. Lots of balance work. Her warms up and cool downs generally have balance work too and she builds it into most of her workouts. Her Pilates and gentle yoga has good balance work as well but it’s challenging if you are someone that needs balance work. However, it’s awesome to work towards!

Lee Holden's Qi Gong for Better Balance is a good one. The shorter practice is about 20 minutes, I think. He is at a beautiful location. And, it's Lee!

Oh yes, V-Core. Such a good workout. Such an annoying vocal style!

Agree.

She's just as annoying in person as she is on that video.

I second the suggestion for the Jane Adams DVDs. They are very good with beautiful scenery. There is also an older Gin Miller balance DVD. I own it, but I've never actually done it.

:D:D:D Yep, Dr Emily has her own uniquely annoying style. That being said, it’s an effective workout.

Ellen Barrett usually has some balance work in her workouts.

I’ve improved my balance working out with Jessica Smith. Actually, most of her workouts, as she usually incorporates balance moves in everything. I like Build Balance and Inner Strength for balance, along with her fusion workouts. On you tube she has two Standing Pilates Ab workouts that are good balance workouts, and not easy ones either!

I like her yoga workouts too, but I feel like her fusion workouts improved my balance. But it’s hard to keep track of all of them!
