Debbie Siebers' Body Dynamix I & II workout lengths?

Does anyone know the lengths of these workouts?

Gams 03-06-22 03:31 PM

I have Body Dynamix II. I haven’t done any of the workouts in a long time because I don’t particularly care for them, but after seeing the threads about them today, I pulled it out and did Pep in Your Step. It is about 26 minutes long.

Alta, I just noticed that if you go to www.livati.com and click on each individual workout, it tells you at the top how long they are. It looks like they’re mostly in the 20-minute range - one workout is just 12 minutes long.

After clicking on all of them, there are a few longer ones - one is 55 min.

was there a reason you cared less for them? did trying it again rekindle any romance?

at $74.30 net price (not sure if that includes shipping), it comes out to $8.54 per hour (there a total of 522 minutes). that's not too bad unless the workouts are blah.

Jeannine, you hit the nail on the head - I found the workouts “blah”. I didn’t care for the music, the pace was slow and when I’m doing cardio, I like to keep doing steps with my feet - didn’t care for the squats and heel presses in the middle of the workout.

Hello everyone!
I just wanted everyone to know that I ordered this series and it was half off. I believe I paid $37.37 in total with the shipping charge included. I went through my paypal account for payment but they had other options too. Once I saw this price I ordered. I really like Debbie. The sale is still active today on 3/10/22 and it looks like it's going to be running for another 3 weeks. Just a heads up!

Did you order just one of the two sets?

The price I'm seeing for both says $74.30 without shipping.
