Tell me one thing you MUST have in a workout
For me it’s music - I simply cannot workout without music.

Yep, music and preferably good music, but that, of course is subjective. Also, it needs to be loud enough. I think the music in some of Jessica Smith's is too low.

I have a hearing loss and can't hear the music well, so I don't really need it. I like very clear voices who enunciate well.

I need my own music...I don't really care what music the workout has anymore. So few have really good music that I am accustomed to providing my own..
What I need is the instructor and modifier to be clearly visible. |
Linda, how does that work when you use your own music. Do you do the steps in time with the music or along with the instructor?

I need the instructor and any cast members to seem like they're enjoying the workout and want me to enjoy it. When the instructor (especially) makes it clear that they expect me to be hating this (and sticking with it for the bikini body or whatever), then I start to actually hate it!

Good cueing. I need to know what to do and when to do it. Make it clear.
