Recommendations please

Can I get recommendations please for workouts (DVD or Youtube) with slow (emphasis on slow) squats and lunges? I can’t keep up with the majority of instructors so I have always avoided standing work. However, I’m tired of floor work. Thanks in advance :)

Classical Stretch/Essentrics? - not lunges or squats, but her plies (or whatever it is she calls them) are so effective, and, I believe, far better on the knees. I don't know how old you are, but I know that as I get older, I'm taking extra care to avoid too many reps when doing squats and lunges.

Here are some YouTube channels that you may enjoy.

Essentrics

You may enjoy Lee Holden's Qi Gong. You can look him up. He has a 30-Day Challenge that's do-able and helped me immensely. Only 7 Minutes a day! Here's his YouTube channel.

Kaleigh Cohen Strength works for time, not reps, so you can go at your own pace. Here are some I like:
Glute & Hamstring

Squat Party

Thighs & Calves

Jessica Smith has this short lower body standing workout that I like. It uses a chair for the squats.

But also to add: the majority of instructors are soooo fast! I have wonky knees so I can’t keep up. I would definitely appreciate more instructors being slow and controlled.

I feel Lift with Cee is pretty slow and steady.

Allison, thank you for the Kayleigh recs!

Glute & Hamstring has weighted glute raises which I love.

Squat Party has wall-sits, which I also love. (And rarely see in workouts.)
