Yoga for preteen/teen boys
 

Is anyone aware of any good yoga videos for kids that are between 10 and 14? I have three boys. They actually show interest in doing it, but I think the videos I do would not appeal to them. TIA for any suggestions!

I think Rodney Yee's videos would be great for pre-teen/teen boys who are learning to practice. He has excellent instruction and is generally not flowery in his cueing.

What about DDP Yoga? Would he be good for that age? He comes across completely non-flowery and is good at challenging you where you are.

(I don't have kids, so I don't know. That's just what sprang to mind when I read the question.)

My son always likes working out with dudes:p.
I'm gonna say Yogilates. He still likes that one.
