THE GREAT STRETCH TUBING HANDBOOK

by Andre Noel Potvin

This is a tiny book with only 61 pages, yet it packs a lot of information in a small format. The stretches and exercises are depicted in photographs. I especially like that it has a section of rotator cuff exercises. They have a section on how to make your own door attachment for the tubing.
