I have several of Lee Holden's DVDs geared toward low back pain, neck and upper back pain, and healthy joints. They help me a lot with managing muscle spasms, backaches and stiff joints. When I use Qigong regularly I seem to have less inflammation, but I never seem to have the time to do it all (weights, cardio, core, yoga) and qigong too. Hopefully others will chime in. |

I'm also intrigued to hear what effects people have noticed from this practice!
as an aside, I found this channel on You Tube: https://www.youtube.com/@qigongwithkseny/videos Donna |

I could join for part of the challenge, but I will be traveling for two weeks in April....out of the country. I have the 30 Day Challenge (physical DVD) but would like the ability to stream this while I'm away.
I've been doing Lee's Qi Gong for a number of years. I haven't always been consistent, but when I have nagging neck or shoulder pain he's who I reach for. Also, if I'm depressed, anxious, worried, especially tired or tense. It's great for overall circulation and lifts the mood, while calming the mind. I'm not into Eastern philosophy/religion but enjoy Lee's Qi Gong, as well as Marisa Cranfill and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. I reach for Lee's more frequently because he's not as slow paced as Mimi and the sessions are shorter, if I'm pressed for time. I just like Lee best, but the other ladies offer some great practices, as well. Scenery is beautiful, too! Another nice thing is because these Qi Gong gentle movements take some concentration and focus, your mind doesn't wander off too much, like it might with other workouts. You're more present and in the moment and Lee's voice is very soothing. Meditation in motion kind of thing.
