Kathy Smith's Peak Fat Burning is good, and she shows different levels of intensity so you can continue using it as you progress.

Netmom! Hi!

Do they have to be videotapes?

If not- well- you must try a listen to the Cardiocoach audio mp3's or cd's. The most intense and amazing interval workout I have been lucky enough to experience. I use it on the stairmaster and treadmill- also can be done on the elliptical or pretty much any machine and heck, or NO machine. Take a walk/run!

Where is that free download link?

OOTY!!!??? Please help me out!!!

Thanks everyone - I'm writing all these down! I'm a bit technically challenged, so I'm not sure what is meant by audio mp3. I have a treadmill and an Ipod - would that work?

Cardio Coach

Here is the link. Definitely recommend Cardio Coach as well. Come talk to us on his forums!

I started interval training on Intense Moves by Gin Miller. But you need a step for that.
