Workouts for Monday, August 11, 2014

Cathe X10 Warm Up
Cathe STS D14 Legs - Triset #2
Cathe STS D3 Legs - Standing Leg Conditioning Drills
A.M Stretch with Madeleine Lewis

All about legs and stretching today.

Cathe adds leg conditioning drills to Meso 1 Leg workouts. She doesn't do it in 2 or 3 just 1 and I like these drills. They're about 10 minutes long and this one was like a barre leg drill. She does something like this on her Turbo Barre DVD.

Stephanie Vitirino(sp?).....ultimate body shaper.....wow I hadn't done thus workout in a while, but I'm glad I did it today.....great workout

Yeah, I like those add-ons she uses in Meso 1. They're useful for tacking-onto some of her other lower body workouts.

I did Cathe's live workout from 06-26-14 (High Intensity Cardio Step) up to the beginning of the section that uses weights (36 min)
