Not really. I ordered Essential pack on 3/20/14 and my set was shipped on 3/30 and is currently en route to me with expected delivery tomorrow.

I think it's just an error on BB part and not intentional money-grabbing scheme.
I hope they get to the bottom of this and get their act together shortly.

I like Beachbody shakeology but to be stuck with monthly payments!!! And this stuff is not cheap!! No thank you.

BOO! Still no ship notice and I pre-ordered on Feb. 5. Not one bit happy about this. I don't want a Shakeology sample or anything....I just want what I ordered well before people who ordered in March and already have the product :/

I find this ridiculous. They were so quick to market and promote this set but dropped the ball when it came to production? Beachbody is not a rookie organization; they should be beyond this amateurism.

I e-mailed Mary again today and this was her response:

This was the last email I received yesterday:
We have received your request to have this matter reviewed by a corporate team member. These requests typically are resolved in 1 - 2 business days and you will be notified via email or phone once your request has been reviewed.

So I thought I would give them until tomorrow (I'm guessing a corporate team member is higher up than the team leader that was addressing it last week)

As efficient and on top of things as Mary seems to be, this has got to be really frustrating for her.
