Do the Metas have enough quad work to streamline leg definition gained from barre workouts like balletbody? And enough core work to maintain strength gained from kettle bells? I'd like to try TA exclusively, but afraid of losing strength. I could afford to lose some bulk in my thighs, but would hate to lose the definition. Tia! Everyone's great results are inspiring!
Happy New Year!

I think Meta muscle sculpting really works the core. I don't think it works the quads that much. She works the back of the legs more. You do work the quads in the d.c. because it's high impact and you work your whole body. But she does not have things like plies that work your quads directly.

Hi Helen-
Thanks for your response. I like thigh definition, but found that balletbody and other barre workouts at least 3 times a week gave me definition but with more bulk than I'd like. Maybe I'll add balletbody hip/leg isolation workout once a week to keep the quad muscles tight/defined without overworking them.
