How easy to follow are the Dance that Walks?

I do exclusively Leslie and Jessica dvds but I am looking for a change, something fresh I suppose lol.

I like the music in many of the Dance that Walk workouts and I like the instructor. But I worry about how easy they are to follow. Any experience with any of these workouts? Any opinions on them would be appreciated.

I haven't done any of these, but another option is Walking Online Workouts-No talk just music and easy to follow.

These are very easy to follow. If you can follow Leslie and Jessica, you won’t have any trouble with these.

I agree, very easy. Maybe a step up from Leslie but easier than Jessica.

Super easy! no problem. I also have her chair dance workout and really like it.

Yes, these are very easy. In fact, I found them really repetitive and boring and not nearly as fun or challenging as Leslie or Jessica's workouts.

She has several workouts on youtube and i assume they may be similar? The moves are a little awkward/different from Jessica and leslie, but just because her style is different- and atleast on youtube, a little more rando, if that makes sense (I don't sense her next move as easily as I do theirs, but the moves aren't really any harder- again, on youtube).

If you can follow Jessica, you will have no trouble with them.

I understand wanting some variety with walking workouts.

If you do streaming, I second the suggestion for Walking Online Workouts-no chatter and much better music, plus great outdoor scenery. She offers a free trial.

I hope you enjoy them!

Well, I was really disappointed after looking forward to these. They are at such a frantic pace I was exhausted very early into the walk, so I couldn't enjoy it and couldn't get in very much actual walk time. I thought Jessica was a human tornado, but Gina Buber has her beat by a mile. No thanks, it was all a bit much and no fun.

Thanks for mentioning the Dance That Walk dvd's as I'd not heard of them before.

After falling down the rabbit hole of 'research', I found it interesting to read this in Gina's response to one Amazon reviewer:

I have taken your feedback on board but as this was our first DVD we have since improved our style in the other releases we have since done.
I was pleased to randomly find several of her youtube videos to be very perky and enjoyable, and I really like her positive and energetic vibe. I may (possibly) pass on her first dvd, but can certainly see myself purchasing others.
